Sometimes multi-tasking doesn't actually help you...  This was supposed to be a Thanksgiving pie, but I didn't think anyone would give thanks for it in this condition.  Thankfully, the bottom crust and interior were fine so I decapitated it and added a streusel topping.  Maybe I should have kept that my dirty, little secret.
