The town of Vienna has a tradition of having Santa ride around on an antique fire truck a week or so before Christmas. You can hear his siren blocks away - the kids were outside and then back in dozens of times before Santa got to our house. The firefighters hand out candy canes and Santa ho-ho-ho's at them. The kids love it- that's Daniel dashing out to get his candy cane. This year the kids went out to greet the truck with their marshmellow guns - I had to threaten them with their lives if they shot at Santa!
